being made of ceramic, it retains heat and the spiral design ensures even extraction and great tasting filter coffee

the size 01 produces a single coffee cup and allows the home barista to experiment with different pouring speed, temperature and technique  

we recommend starting with 15g of coffee to 225ml of water 

Quick Hario V60 Pour Over Instructions:

• Place a filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.
• Grind 15g of coffee at a medium-fine setting and pour in the dripper.
• Slowly pour 40 ml of hot water over the grounds to evenly saturate them.
• After 30 seconds, pour the remaining 185 ml in slow circles.
• When the coffee finishes draining, pour and enjoy.
