kaori moved to australia from japan in 2010. her dream is to bring delicious, healthy and authentic miso paste to Australia. her small batch miso is all hand made in daylesford, victoria using australian soybeans, and it's naturally fermented. she hope to share the traditional miso paste of her home.... japan!
