Directions:

For 2:

Prepare; 100g of the flour mix, 150ml of water, 1 egg, 300g of cabbage, and ingredients of your choice:

1. Mix the flour mix with water and stir

2. Add cabbage, egg and all ingredients and mix well

3. Place the completed mixture dough into the pan in the shape of a circle and grill at 200c until brown

4. Flip the dough and cook the other side, top it up with sauces like mayonaise and otafuku oko sauce and season with ginger, bonito flakes, aonori dried seaweed
