Our absolute favourite and what goes into our Haiku Curry at our cafe, Haiku Cafe. Caramalized onion, roasted garlic, miso and aroma of cardamom, coriander and many other spices makes curry a real winner.
Directions:
1. Cut meat, carrots, onions and potatoes into bite size pieces. Saute with butter (or vegetable oil) until light brown
2. Add water and bring to a full boil
3. Cook until the meat and vegetables are tender
4. Turn off the heat, break curry sauce mix into pieces, and add to mixture
5. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
