Shipping policy

Domestically in Australia and New Zealand for all products. 

We can accommodate particular requests and shipping methods to overseas addresses, please email sales@haikufuture.com for a quote!

How much is shipping? 
Standard shipping within Melbourne and to metro cities in Australia start off with Auspost at under $9.00 and increases incrementally per weight. 

How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 business days, please forgive us if we are inundated with orders through busy holiday periods, if this is the case, we will communicate with you! If there is a coffee order placed, we will aim to have this shipped within one business day.

Which provider will my order be sent with?
We will provide shipping via either Auspost standard and express shipping. Depending on the location and delivery time required, you may choose between these options on checkout. Any questions, please email us! 

Can I track my order?
You sure can. As long as you provide your email address, the tracking number will be sent to you.

 

How long will shipping take?
We expect most shipping to arrive within 2 to 8 business days for standard post and 1 - 4 business days for express. Interstate rural areas and the western seaboard may take a little bit longer than metro areas on the eastern seaboard. International shipping to NZ is expected to take 5 - 10 business days.
