Kaokao’s hand-made miso paste is blended with toasted sesame seeds, tahini, mirin and soy sauce to make a nutty, umami-rich condiment that can be used as a sauce, dressing, or base ingredient. Fold through warm boiled potatoes or steamed green beans, dress cold noodles, slaws and salads or use as a glaze for pan-seared salmon.
