This is part of our premium tea range directly shipped from Shizuoka Tea Garden, based in the famous tea growing prefecture of Japan, Shizuoka. Shizuoka Tea Garden carefully selects the best tea from nearby plantations, employing a unique post-heating process to develop a very deep and delicious steamed tea.
Extracting only the finest tea powder during the finishing process of the special Gyokuro sencha green tea, this tea produces a bright green colour, and a strong flavour. Owning a rich flavour, comparable to high quality sencha served in upmarket sushi restaurants, this is a delightful tea to add to your collection.
Brewing Notes:
Place 1tsp for 1 cup or 1.5tsp for 2 cups into a teapot
Add boiling water for powdered tea
