High quality yuzu juice as an essential seasoning for grilled fish, white meats and dressings. Make your own ponzu sauce, use in cocktails or with water for a refreshing summer drink. Ponzu Sauce Recipe
- Combine 1/2 cup soy, 1/4 cup yuzu juice, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1tbsp mirin, 1 piece kombu dried kelp, 1 tbsp bonito flakes
- Cover container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
- Strain the sauce
- Serve immediately or store for up to 1 week
