Densley kneaded, fine, buckwheat noodles from the Gunma region, made from regional produce and fresh spring water, these soba noodles are a bundle of joy. Versatile and tasty, use this soba in tsukimi soba, tanuki soba, hot tempura soba, cold zaru-sobas, soba salads and more.
Directions for use:
- Bring 1L of water to boil for 90g of noodles for 4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water
- Serve warm or cold with soba dipping sauce, Kombu Tsuyu Soup Stock
