a finer, premium version of the classic udon noodle, produced in japan's most famous wheat district, gunma. made from 100% local ingredients and the freshest of water, these udon noodles provide the perfect base to soak up japanese broths and sauces

 

Directions for use:

Bring 1L of water to boil for 90g of noodles for 10 minutes then drain and rinse with cold water

Serve warm or cold with udon dipping sauce, Kombu Tsuyu Soup Stock
