Rare, juicy and zesty, a fragrant citrus juice to accent your vegetables, hot pots, custards, desserts, fish, dressings, sauces and vinegars to cocktails and drinks. Made in the highest yuzu producing region in Japan, Kochi.
Ponzu Sauce Recipe
- Combine 1/2 cup soy, 1/4 cup yuzu juice, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1tbsp mirin, 1 piece kombu dried kelp, 1 tbsp bonito flakes
- Cover container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
- Strain the sauce
- Serve immediately or store for up to 1 week
