Shizuoka Tea Garden carefully selects the best tea from nearby plantations, employing a unique post-heating process to develop a very deep and delicious steamed tea.
Hojicha is green tea roasted over high heat to produce a very distinctive aroma. You may enjoy a light, refreshing taste with little bitterness. This tea is low in caffeine and is well recommended for kids and pregnant women, including a great night cap before bed. Enjoyed hot or cold and can be made into a Hojicha latte.
