Creating our own Australian version of the famed Yuzu Shichimi from Japan, we source the rare Australian Native, Finger Lime, and blend this with our special recipe of citrus seven spice Japanese kick. Enjoy an almost rosemary like herbaceous note coupled with zesty citrus yuzu and a well-rounded savoury and umami filled baseline. Recommended especially on noodles from udon to soba to ramen in addition to miso soup.
