kaori moved to australia from japan in 2010. her dream is to bring delicious, healthy and authentic miso paste to Australia. her small-batch miso is all hand made in daylesford, victoria using australian soybeans, and it's naturally fermented. she hopes to share the traditional miso paste of her home.... japan!
