Sweet & spicy all-purpose cooking paste. Made with Kaokao miso. Simply add to any of your meals to enhance flavour. Use it for marinades, stir-fries, dipping sauce for fried chicken, chips and gyoza.
Kaori moved to Australia from Japan in 2010. Her dream is to bring delicious, healthy and authentic miso paste to Australia. Her small-batch miso is all handmade in Daylesford, Victoria using Australian soybeans, and it's naturally fermented. She hopes to share the traditional miso paste of her home - Japan.
