Kamada's garlic dashi soy sauce is made simply using their traditionally brewed soy sauce and plenty of grated Kagawa garlic, famous for its rich flavour and strong aroma. Perfectly seasoned with ginger, onion, miso, and dashi broth are added as a finishing touch to bring out natural umami flavors. Amazing not only as a marinade/sauce for steak, yakiniku (Japanese bbq) and karaage (fried chicken) but also as a finishing taste for stir-fry vegetables, yaki-onigiri (grilled rice balls) and fried rice.

Kamada soy sauces were established in 1789. Based in Sanuki (now Kagawa) on Shikoku island of Japan, Kamada went about making the highest quality of soy sauces available.
