Directions
1. Cook the chips
o Deep-fry: Heat oil to 180°C and fry chips until golden and crisp, following
packet timing.
o Bake or air-fry: Cook until golden and crispy—don’t overcrowd the tray or
basket for best texture.
2. Season generously: While the chips are still hot, toss them in a bowl with Haiku Ume Davidson Plum Salt. Adjust salt level to taste—it should have a bright, tangy kick without overpowering the fry.
3. Garnish (optional): Sprinkle with toppings like nori flakes, toasted sesame, or finely chopped spring onion.
4. Serve immediately: Pair with your chosen dip or serve as-is.
